Error When Uploading Your PR Digital Photo?

On November 24, 2021, IRCC updated its online portal for Express Entry visa applications without notice. As of now, the government still hasn’t published any official requirements for the digital photos.
Due to the flaw in their recent update and the lack of communication from IRCC, we have created an alternative solution based on customers’ feedback, and it is the best option that we are aware of at this moment. We received reports from customers experiencing this issue starting Wednesday (Nov 24, 2021)
Please avoid wearing colors that are too dark or too light. This will result in error “Brightness: Your photo may be too bright or too dark”, since IRCC’s online tool does not recognize faces.
Please do not use IRCC’s online Photo Editor to crop the photo. It will result in errors because our digital photo is ready for use and does not need any further cropping.
If you see a message of “Brightness: Your photo may be too bright or too dark”, this error is due to the flaw of the IRCC online portal, the only possible way to fix it is to take another photo in light color clothes, then try to upload the photo again.
Please revisit our location wearing a medium-colored top, and we will be happy to help you retake the photo.
